Games Workshop has just announced a new version of Warhammer 40,000 Kill Team.
My initial reaction to this was my normal “Hell Yeah!”, but on reflection, I’m a little less excited the more I think about it.

Looking back at my Project plans, it appears that I had forgotten to add the Wall of Martyrs to the list of items to get ready for my Mayhem 2018 Gaming Table.

With a lack of Mechanicus Standard Grey and a lack of effort to brave the outside and go and get some, this past weekend saw me putting together the remaining unbuilt terrain kits that I will be using as a gaming table for the upcoming Mayhem 40k tournament.
Here are some pictures of my completed Crashed Aquila Lander from the Battle For Macragge 40k boxset.
After re-reading the battle report from White Dwarf 222: The Last Stand at Glazer’s Creek, I’ve been inspired to paint some Praetorian Imperial Guardsmen.

While my blog postings have been virtually non-existent as of late, my hobbying has been quite productive these past few months.
One of my favourite things about Warhammer 40,000 is playing a game with not only fully painted armies but also on a table with fully painted scenery.
After years of collecting the various supplements that Games Workshop has released for Warhammer 40,000, I was interested to know how compatible the missions would be in the latest edition.
We’re days away from December and once again this blog has been left to gather dust on the proverbial Internet shelf.
Well no more! For I have an update to my year long project!
Those of you anticipating an update in the last month of the year showing either a completed or almost complete project will be very sadly mistaken as I’m sorry to disappoint you all. The high fives and back pats will have to wait for another time, but fear not, it’s not all doom and gloom as at the very least the project is half way through!
That’s right folks, one whole army from the Dark Vengeance boxset is completed, and from the title of this blog post (Spoiler), it’s not the Dark Angels.
Just too dumb to run away
