On the whole, my hobby as of late has been quite lacking. But over the past few days I have assembled a few new models, reassembled/broken apart/attached new bits to some older models as well as undercoated the lot.
This means that tonight, all being well, I might be able to get some models painted.
Monday night is hobby night.
Tonight is the one night of the week when I try my hardest to get some painting done.
This post as been in my Draft folder for ages. Might as well post it.
Anyway, apparently, I suck at 40k.
Updates to the blog aren’t happening as frequently as I’d like so apologies for that but this update is different to my previous ones, for I have taken a larger step into the hobby. But before that: Orks
As the dead give away title implies, I have finished something.
Whoops! I’ve let it slide again.
It seems that I’m just too busy to be able to get much hobby done and even busier to write about it! So a slight update is in order.
It has sadly, been awhile since my last post. I would love to say that in the time between posts, I have done nothing but hobby. Alas, that is not the case and I hate lying.
Today I visited Games Workshop in Epsom, only to pick up the latest issue of White Dwarf.
30 quid later, I left with a copy of the magazine and a whole-host of paints with which I can start painting up a Mentors Space Marine force.
My new years resolution of trying to save money seems to have a bit of a slow start to it…
Still, the paints should last me a while and I can now begin painting my Space Marine army. Which is a good thing, as I now can’t afford to do anything else!
It’s been a few days since my last post as I’ve been kept quite busy by a brood of Termagants…
