I’ve been meaning to post about the current state of the 40k campaign that I am running at my local gaming club (First Founding Gaming Club), but I just haven’t had the time to get round to it.
We are currently in Round 5 out of 6 of the campaign. There are still players playing Campaign games, but it looks like the Custom Character upgrades haven’t been popular (I’ll be honest I haven’t bothered using them myself), if I run another campaign I will drop this rule.
So currently there isn’t much in it between the three teams, with the Defenders edging out a lead due to the number of strategic locations that they have claimed.
My own performance in the campaign has been pretty poor, with my Orks losing 4 games and drawing 1 (we called it a draw as we didn’t have enough time to complete playing the Meatgrinder mission – I probably would have lost this too had it gone the full distance)
