With my first 40k tournament using the 10th edition Tau codex coming up this weekend, I needed a new Warlord as Crisis Commanders are no longer a thing.
Fortunately my good buddy Kanan gifted me a Commander Farsight model.
I decided to keep him with my purple and white Tau colour scheme rather than going with his usual red. Normally I would keep special characters to their correct colour schemes, but I had no intention of painting up another Tau army in the Farsight Enclave scheme.
I also considered leaving off the blossom branches on his base but I’m glad I didn’t as I really like the effect.
No real highlights on him so I may have to revisit him later down the line but for now he is tournament ready.
