It’s been a while since I last updated this blog. The main reason is I’ve not managed to finish too much stuff hobby-wise, and those things I have I just haven’t got round to taking some photos of.
First up then is Colonel Straken. I started him ages ago and then he just went on the back burner. It was only after Varchilde suggested playing a custom 4 player mission of 40k using his Trench Warfare board, that I finally dusted off this model to finish him.
The mission required each player to bring 500 points of Infantry. I really liked the idea of bringing my Catachans and so needed someone suitable to lead them.
Turns out that not only did Straken lead, he bossed as he killed Heavy Intercessor Space Marines and was untouchable in return, all while those around him died.
